Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office Awards G2OPS $2M Contract

Virginia Beach, VA. – The Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790) of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) is responsible for the delivery of integrated and interoperable capabilities to support the Navy’s fleet. As the first line in the acquisition of communication and technology tools used in naval Information Warfare, PEO C4I works to deliver effective products to our warfighters. Through acquisition, system integration, and modernization, they serve the needs of both shore and expeditionary forces. Under the new $2M contract, G2OPS will provide PMW 790 with an overarching Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) strategic approach for the design, delivery, governance and continuing improvement of Command and Control (C2) services that encompasses the entire PMW 790 portfolio. This will provide PMW 790 an innovative way to build systems from a bottom up approach, aligning evolving needs of the fleet while applying relevant people, processes and technology as pertinent metrics for continued improvement.

G2OPS continues to increase its breadth of support for the U.S. Navy fleet. “We continue to enhance our work with the U.S. Navy with our ongoing development of their communications infrastructure,” said G2OPS’ Executive Vice President Kevin Esser. G2OPS’ President Tracy Gregorio commented, “Command and Control services are crucial to the effective operation of the Navy. Providing the fleet with ITSM services is a privilege.”
