Robert Gregorio serves as President of G2 Ops, where he oversees daily operations and drives strategic growth for the company. A 20-year Navy veteran with more than 16 years in defense contracting, he leads the engineering team supporting the Navy across five DoD warfighting domains, with deep expertise in business management and operational leadership.

In recent years, Gregorio has championed G2 Ops’ evolution from a services firm into a product-driven company, guiding the development of its SBIR-derived software suite — including SOFIA and Monarch — which brings model-based systems engineering, accelerated cyber authorization, and AI-enabled readiness analytics to Navy programs. He has also led the adoption of AI across G2 Ops’ own operations, positioning the company at the forefront of digital transformation in defense engineering.

Previously, Gregorio served as Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2020, helping expand the company across three offices and earn eight consecutive Inc. 5000 honoree designations. Before joining G2 Ops, he spent six years at the Pentagon as a Resource Sponsor for the Chief of Naval Operations, managing a $1 billion defense portfolio. He resides in Virginia Beach with his family and enjoys golfing, boating, and skiing.
