As the CEO of G2 Ops, Inc., Ms. Gregorio has built the company into a recognized leader in digital engineering transformation, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), cybersecurity engineering, and cloud architecture solutions for the Department of Defense. With a background spanning information technology, academia, and federal government, she brings a diverse range of experience to her leadership role at G2 Ops. Under Ms. Gregorio’s leadership, G2 Ops has grown by more than 111% over three years, expanding to approximately 160 employees across offices in Virginia Beach, Arlington, and San Diego. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for eight consecutive years (2018–2025) and ranked #24 in the Defense & Aerospace sector. G2 Ops delivers mission-critical engineering solutions to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, and numerous commercial enterprises. The company recently earned Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 with a perfect score of 110, placing it among the first approximately 400 of nearly 80,000 organizations in the defense industrial base to achieve this milestone. Ms. Gregorio was named a 2025 Enterprising Women of the Year Award winner in the $25–$100M revenue category and was recognized as one of CoVaBIZ’s 150 Most Influential People in Hampton Roads. Ms. Gregorio is dedicated to giving back to her community and currently serves as the Cybersecurity Committee Chair of the Virginia Ship Repair Association. She is also a member of the boards of the Virginia Maritime Association, Commonwealth Cyber Initiative, and ODU College of Sciences, and is active in Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads. Ms. Gregorio holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and holds a certificate in Cybersecurity: Technology, Application, and Policy from MIT. In her personal life, Ms. Gregorio enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with her family.

Robert “Bob” Gregorio serves as President of G2 Ops, Inc., where he oversees daily operations and drives the strategic growth of a defense engineering firm focused on Navy mission systems. A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy submarine force, Mr. Gregorio brings more than 16 years of additional experience in defense contracting to his leadership role. During his Navy career, Mr. Gregorio contributed to network integration efforts across the submarine fleet and served six years at the Pentagon as a Resource Sponsor for the Chief of Naval Operations, managing portfolio elements of the Presidential defense budget. Mr. Gregorio joined G2 Ops in 2010, initially serving as Chief Operating Officer before assuming the role of President. Under his operational leadership, the company has grown from an early-stage startup into an eight-time Inc. 5000 honoree with approximately 160 employees across offices in Virginia Beach, Arlington, and San Diego. G2 Ops delivers digital engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture solutions to the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, the broader Department of Defense, and commercial customers. Mr. Gregorio is a strong proponent of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML as a common engineering language, and continues to champion the company’s investments in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies such as blockchain for maintaining baseline integrity in complex defense systems.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of G2 Ops, Inc., Mr. Esser manages the delivery of digital engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture services across the company’s portfolio. He works closely with government and commercial clients to ensure collaboration, quality, and mission alignment across all G2 Ops projects. His broad technical skillset includes cybersecurity assessment and authorization, Model-Based Systems Engineering, capabilities-based analysis, JCIDS process execution, and SysML and DoDAF model development. Prior to joining G2 Ops, Mr. Esser spent over 20 years working in systems security engineering, cybersecurity, and systems engineering with a focus on the cyber hardening and integration of Navy C4I systems. He served on multiple flag-appointed submarine electronic systems and cybersecurity studies as a recognized subject matter expert in submarine communications and combat systems architectures. During this period, he also became experienced in requirements and capabilities analyses for Navy submarine combat, communications, and other C4I systems. His expertise in information support analyses, the development of Information Support Plans, and the formulation of DoDAF-compliant architectures continues to serve him in his leadership role at G2 Ops. Mr. Esser received specialized training in Unified Incident Command strategies for WMD and terrorist incidents. He holds a degree from The George Washington University. He has served his community as a member of the Hyattsville Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years, with specialized skills in vehicle extrication, hazardous materials response, and pre-hospital care, and holds a seat on the fire department’s Board of Directors.

Bruce Reichard serves as Chief Operating Officer at G2 Ops, Inc., where he oversees strategic operations and drives delivery excellence across the company’s digital engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud architecture portfolio. A military veteran with an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, Mr. Reichard brings over two decades of experience in the Department of Defense technology sector, spanning 20 years of active-duty service and continued civilian support for the DoD. Mr. Reichard’s extensive military background in the Submarine Force has instilled in him a sense of discipline and adaptability, enabling him to thrive in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. His industry experience extends beyond his military service, as he has led digital transformation and cloud initiatives across Army, Air Force, and Navy programs. Through these experiences, he has gained deep insight into the transformative potential of cloud technologies within the unique complexities of the DoD. With a strong bias for action, Mr. Reichard plays a crucial role in delivering world-class cloud services and spearheading the development of innovative, efficient, and high-quality solutions that increase the readiness of DoD mission partners, ensuring G2 Ops helps outpace emerging threats to the nation’s defense. Mr. Reichard complements his extensive operational experience with a strong academic foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and has earned several industry certifications, including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and PMP (Project Management Professional). He actively contributes to the cybersecurity community as a board member of the local Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) chapter and serves on the Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Advisory Board. Outside of his professional pursuits, Bruce is happily married and is a proud parent to three children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors together, from snorkeling to snowboarding.

Senior Vice President of Digital Engineering
As Senior Vice President of Digital Engineering at G2 Ops, Inc., Mr. Williams serves as the company’s senior engineer, with all programs and engineering falling under his leadership. He oversees the full breadth of G2 Ops’ technical delivery—spanning Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), cybersecurity engineering, cloud architecture, software development, and AI/ML innovation—ensuring mission-critical solutions meet the highest standards for the Department of Defense. Under Mr. Williams’ technical leadership, G2 Ops has developed proprietary tools including SOFIA, which delivers operationally relevant risk scoring to inform decision-makers, and Monarch, which streamlines the creation and maintenance of cybersecurity artifacts directly from live system models. He has guided the company’s engineering teams through major contract wins, including NAVWAR 5.0 system-of-systems engineering and cybersecurity engineering support services, and SBIR Phase II AI-enabled modeling work with the Air Force Research Laboratory. Mr. Williams has nearly two decades of experience in systems engineering for the Department of Defense and is a recognized thought leader in MBSE, having presented at industry conferences including the No Magic World Symposium. A founding-era team member, he has been with G2 Ops since 2010, playing a central role in the company’s growth from a startup to an eight-time Inc. 5000 honoree. Prior to G2 Ops, he served as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was a core member of a consulting team working with the Navy Admiral’s staff at the Pentagon to execute key initiatives that increased the speed and scope of the Navy’s information sharing. Dan lives in San Diego, California with his family. He enjoys surfing, running, and golfing.

Dean leads G2 Ops’ portfolio of Security Engineering capabilities and service delivery. Dean has more than 24 years of experience in cybersecurity, system development, and enterprise Information Technology, supporting the needs of a diverse range of defense and commercial customers including U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S DoD Joint commands, Fortune 50 companies, small and medium size business community, and start-up technology companies. Dean possess a broad skillset and is experienced in virtually all aspects of security and IT engineering, including security architecture, defensive cyber operations, Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), security assessment and compliance, IT operations, network engineering, IT and security governance, security test and evaluation, intrusion detection, and many other related areas.

Tim Snyder serves as Vice President of West Coast Operations and Business Development at G2 Ops, where he leads regional strategy, business growth, and client engagement across the western United States. In this role, he is responsible for expanding G2 Ops’ market presence, cultivating new opportunities, and aligning business development efforts with company objectives. Tim plays a key role in ensuring that G2 Ops’ engineering activities across diverse customer organizations are coordinated, consistent, and strategically aligned with corporate goals. He works across teams and contract portfolios to ensure that solutions are executed with technical rigor, operational efficiency, and a clear focus on mission outcomes. His efforts help ensure that G2 Ops not only meets contractual requirements but consistently exceeds client expectations through proactive planning, responsive delivery, and integrated support across business areas. He partners closely with technical, contracts, and financial teams to drive quality, cost-effectiveness, and readiness in service delivery—enabling successful execution and long-term client success. As a retired U.S. Navy veteran, Tim brings over 30 years of leadership and program management experience, with a background spanning C4I systems, construction, IT, training, and major Department of Defense acquisition programs. His expertise continues to guide mission-driven solutions that deliver measurable results for G2 Ops clients.

Glenn leads G2 Ops’ accomplished group of systems engineers to provide successful outcomes for our clients by utilizing cutting-edge digital engineering solutions that enable data-driven decisions. He ensures that appropriate engineering methodologies are employed throughout all aspects and stages of a program or project to produce products that meet specifications within budget and timeline constraints. With two decades of in-depth engineering experience in NAVSEA and NAVWAR, Glenn boasts a solid record of success in overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex submarine Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems. He is a highly regarded specialist in submarine towed and tethered buoys, mast antennas, and other sophisticated Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems. Hailing from the Garden State, Glenn moved with his family to San Diego in 2020 to take advantage of the region’s warm climate. In his leisure time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as visiting National Parks, camping, hiking, and skiing.

Bob Alpigini serves as the Chief of Strategic Initiatives at G2 Ops. In his nearly 30 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), Bob has an exceptional career that includes 22 years of active-duty service a Surface Warfare Officer and continued work in technology and organizational management. Throughout his naval career, he performed in numerous roles of operational importance and strategic significance. As a Global Security and Middle East operations expert on the Joint Staff, he was responsible for developing strategy and providing best military advice to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Secretary of Defense, and President. Prior to that, Bob was the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer of the highly decorated Ballistic Missile Defense Aegis Destroyer, USS STOUT (DDG 55), leading his ship in combat operations and numerous critical national missions around the globe. Additionally, Bob served with the elite Naval Special Warfare Development Group in Dam Neck, VA, developing and leading highly sophisticated Special Programs which innovated nationally critical Special Operations. After selection to the rank of Captain, Bob retired in 2018 and settled with his family in Virginia Beach, VA to focus on business and leadership career interests. In his current position as Chief of Staff to G2 Ops, Inc, based in Virginia Beach, VA, Bob leverages his expertise in organizational leadership, strategic analysis, executive management, and leadership development to lead the complex business solutions in Systems Engineering and Cyber Security, and Cloud Engineering. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy in 1996 and a Masters of Public Administration from the Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. Beyond his professional pursuits and robust family life, Bob is also the Head Varsity Crew Coach at Cape Henry Collegiate in Virginia Beach.

Throughout her professional career, Dr. Corren McCoy has successfully designed and delivered data-driven enterprise solutions across the public and private sectors. As the Senior Fellow of Enterprise Engineering and AI Strategy and Chief Data Strategist at G2 Ops, she provides strategic technical guidance, fosters innovation, and aligns engineering and AI/ML initiatives with long-term organizational goals. Leveraging deep expertise in data science, she advises executive leadership, mentors senior technical talent, and represents G2 Ops in external engagements to strengthen market differentiation. She completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science at Old Dominion University, where her research focused on data-driven approaches to prioritize and rank cyber vulnerabilities using open-source intelligence. A recognized thought leader, Dr. McCoy is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and serves on advisory boards across both academia and industry.

As Director of Information Technology and Cybersecurity Governance at G2 Ops, Inc., Mr. Ciancio oversees the company’s internal IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, and compliance operations. He brings a hybrid background of cybersecurity and information technology management that has been instrumental in strengthening G2 Ops’ enterprise systems with industry-standard configurations, processes, and policies. Mr. Ciancio joined G2 Ops in 2018 as an IT support specialist and, over the course of five years, built the department from a one-person operation to a team of more than a dozen professionals. He played a central role in G2 Ops’ achievement of CMMC Level 2 certification—one of the first approximately 400 organizations among roughly 80,000 in the Defense Industrial Base to earn this designation—methodically aligning system configurations, documentation, and evidence to meet all 110 assessment objectives with a perfect score. Mr. Ciancio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business IT Management and an Associate of Science in Information Security. He earned his bachelor’s degree while working full-time at G2 Ops, reflecting the company’s investment in professional development and his personal commitment to continuous growth.

Courtney is G2 Ops’ Director of Contracts and Operational Governance. She joined the company in July 2022 as the Program Management Office (PMO) Lead Analyst before progressing to her current role. With nearly eight years of experience in the Department of Defense (DOD), Courtney brings extensive expertise in project management for both Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) and production systems. Her background includes a specific focus on fleet C4I systems and the Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Integrated Product Team (IPT). Her experience includes managing cost, schedule, and performance for multiple complex programs, managing financials and forecasting of awarded funding, maintaining engineering development and production integrated master schedules, and managing staffing plans across various projects. In her current role, her main priorities are companywide process development and improvement and collaborating with leadership to ensure smooth growth, scaling, and future planning for the company. Courtney received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2015, as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Old Dominion University in 2021. She is also a published author and enjoys writing, reading, and exploring local coffee shops in her spare time.

With a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering and expertise in MBSE, operational analysis, and process optimization, Celine works to enhance production operations and support G2 Ops’ mission of delivering innovative solutions for government and defense clients. Before stepping into her current role, Celine was a Senior Systems Engineer at G2 Ops, where she led digital twin initiatives, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture models for Department of Defense (DoD) programs. She previously worked at Newport News Shipbuilding, where she helped standardize MBSE applications for manufacturing and implement digital transformation strategies. Celine earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, taking long walks, and being with family and friends.

Kenneth leads G2 Ops’ compliance with government and company security policies and procedures by coordinating aspects of the DoD or other industrial security programs and other security activities, while directly managing the Industrial Security Programs of the San Diego office. He also ensures all personnel are properly trained in security protocols. A Navy veteran and former Information Warfare Officer, Kenneth possesses a broad skillset and is experienced in virtually all aspects of security and leadership. Kenneth enjoys outdoor activities, rooting for the Browns, and Raiders, and spending time with his family in San Diego, California where he resides.

Facility Security Officer (FSO) Manager
As Facility Security Officer (FSO) Manager at G2 Ops, Inc., Ms. Moss oversees security operations and compliance across all company locations. With more than 16 years of experience as a security professional and an active DoD Secret clearance held since 2011, she ensures adherence to NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117, and other federal regulations while leading personnel security, facility clearances, and insider threat mitigation programs. Ms. Moss has built and supported more than 50 Facility Security Clearances (FCLs) for a range of businesses and has processed more than 1,000 security clearances over the course of her career. At G2 Ops, she has spearheaded security accreditation efforts, implemented standardized security training programs, and achieved commendable ratings in Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) inspections. She is recognized as a subject matter expert in clearance preparedness through her work with the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative at Virginia Tech. Prior to joining G2 Ops, Ms. Moss held security roles at Industrial Security Integrators, LLC and ABBTECH. She is based in Arlington, Virginia.
