SOFIA and MONARCH deliver the Cyber Ready Authorizing Official framework — designated as policy for cybersecurity authorization across multiple warfighting domains. Together, they provide operationally relevant cyber risk insight and significantly accelerate Authority to Operate execution.
SOFIA translates cyber vulnerability data into practical mission context, giving warfighters and program managers the insight to evaluate operational resilience without wading through compliance artifacts. MONARCH integrates advanced data management to compress ATO timelines from months to weeks.
The combined platform replaces compliance-driven checkbox approaches with warfighter-friendly dashboards that map cyber risk directly to mission impact — fundamentally changing how programs execute the Risk Management Framework.
