From October 7-9, 2025, G2 Ops leaders from around the country convened at Virginia Beach headquarters for a three-day summit dedicated to collaboration, reflection, and strategic planning.

Executives, engineers, and business operations leaders from San Diego, Arlington, and Virginia Beach took the rare opportunity to exchange ideas face-to-face across a single conference room table. Leaders shared fresh ideas and observations during hours-long discussions, detailing lessons learned and establishing strategic goals for 2026.
