Virginia Beach, VA. – Reliable communications networks are an essential element of all Navy afloat and ashore mission operations. The U.S. Navy’s Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770) is responsible for fielding submarine, shore, and land based C4I systems, including those related to Nuclear Command and Control. To support the design, delivery, governance, and continuing improvement of Undersea Integrated Tactical and Communications Systems, PMW 770 has selected G2 Ops, Inc. to provide Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) services to U.S. submarine forces. G2 Ops has been awarded a $3.9M contract to perform this mission-critical work.

The contract represents an opportunity for G2 Ops to continue expanding the MBSE foundation it has helped build for one of its primary partners. “This contract will allow us to advance the analytical capability of the MBSE infrastructure we’ve baselined for PMW 770, in particular in the areas of cybersecurity operations and vulnerability assessment” said Kevin Esser, G2 Ops’ Executive Vice President. Tracy Gregorio, G2 Ops’ President added, “We are humbled by the confidence the Navy has shown in us and are looking forward to the opportunity to accelerate the innovative systems engineering capabilities we’ve worked together to put in place.”
