Courtney is currently the Director of Operations at G2 Ops. She joined the company in July 2022 as the Program Management Directorate (PMD) Lead Analyst before progressing to the Director of Operations role. With nearly eight years of experience in the Department of Defense (DOD), Courtney brings extensive expertise in project management for both Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) and production systems.

Her background includes a specific focus on fleet C4I systems and the Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Integrated Product Team (IPT). Her experience includes managing cost, schedule, and performance for multiple complex programs, managing financials and forecasting of awarded funding, maintaining engineering development and production integrated master schedules, and managing staffing plans across various projects.

In her current role, her main priorities are companywide process development and improvement and collaborating with leadership to ensure smooth growth, scaling, and future planning for the company.

Courtney received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Virginia Tech in 2015, as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing from Old Dominion University in 2021. She is also a published author and enjoys writing, reading, and exploring local coffee shops in her spare time.
