As the CEO of G2 Ops, Inc., Ms. Gregorio has built the company into a recognized leader in digital engineering transformation, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), cybersecurity engineering, and cloud architecture solutions for the Department of Defense. With a background spanning information technology, academia, and federal government, she brings a diverse range of experience to her leadership role at G2 Ops.
Under Ms. Gregorio’s leadership, G2 Ops has grown by more than 111% over three years, expanding to approximately 160 employees across offices in Virginia Beach, Arlington, and San Diego. The company has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for eight consecutive years (2018–2025) and ranked #24 in the Defense & Aerospace sector. G2 Ops delivers mission-critical engineering solutions to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, and numerous commercial enterprises. The company recently earned Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 with a perfect score of 110, placing it among the first approximately 400 of nearly 80,000 organizations in the defense industrial base to achieve this milestone.
Ms. Gregorio was named a 2025 Enterprising Women of the Year Award winner in the $25–$100M revenue category and was recognized as one of CoVaBIZ’s 150 Most Influential People in Hampton Roads. G2 Ops has also been named to Military Times’ “Best for Vets: Employers” list for two consecutive years, reflecting the company’s commitment to veteran hiring—veterans comprise 32% of the G2 Ops workforce. Ms. Gregorio is dedicated to giving back to her community and currently serves as the Cybersecurity Committee Chair of the Virginia Ship Repair Association. She is also a member of the boards of the Virginia Maritime Association, Commonwealth Cyber Initiative, and ODU College of Sciences, and is active in Women in Defense Greater Hampton Roads. Ms. Gregorio holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and holds a certificate in Cybersecurity: Technology, Application, and Policy from MIT.
In her personal life, Ms. Gregorio enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with her family.
