As the Director of Operations for Production at G2 Ops, Celine Henry oversees operational strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and support company growth. She works closely with executive leadership, program management, engineering, and business operations to ensure strategic alignment.

With a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering and expertise in MBSE, operational analysis, and process optimization, Celine works to enhance production operations and support G2 Ops’ mission of delivering innovative solutions for government and defense clients.

Before stepping into her current role, Celine was a Senior Systems Engineer at G2 Ops, where she led digital twin initiatives, requirements management frameworks, and enterprise architecture models for Department of Defense (DoD) programs. She previously worked at Newport News Shipbuilding, where she helped standardize MBSE applications for manufacturing and implement digital transformation strategies.

Celine earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, taking long walks, and being with family and friends.
